I've Installed windows 10 pro 64bit version 1803 recently and then installed the latest version of metatrader 5 x64, but it doesn't run at all. I mean when i click on the shortcut of it on the desktop, it doesn't load at all. I also tried to load it from the install location on program files but it doesn't load at all.
I installed metatrader 4 on the same windows and it works without any problem, but mt5 doesn't work at all. What should I do?

It happens that when I open my terminal to make changes in the EA's that I have running in the VPS MQL5, sometimes an EA loaded for example in this case in the USDJPY is simply not loaded anymore. It disappears.

I clarify that the terminal that I use for the VPS is in a Virtual Machine and I only agree to make changes in the EA's.

At the end I added the EA manually in USDJPY. That should be there from the beginning.

I am very sad, No order is placed even my Provider has placed afew order. Aks Help Desk already. But now result i got is Zero. Very, very sad!! 

 
when somebody trades in long term(daily, weekly and monthly) and opens position once a week (or once a month), the  everybody can use from his signals without subscribing. That is why must be way to hide positions from unsubscribed people. Is there any way to hide positions?  how can i contact mql5 manager?is there any email to contact him?

You should create a ticket in the Service Desk. For paid signals positions automatically hided for not subscribers.

The system told the used /registered before ... as a signal subscription?
if you are sure that you did not subscribe to any signal (and did niot provide any signal) using this account number so write to the service desk and they can check.
