i have subcribed already, the provider placed order but, No order is placed on my mt4, i do not know what is wrong. Any body help me please

Where was the order placed? On your MT4 Platform? If Yes? What Currency Pairs?

To see if you have accidentally activated a robot or EA? Look up in the top right hand corner of you screen and look for a robot or EA name which has a smiley face or sad face, if there is a smiley face then an EA is activated.
Or Right click on the currency pair window (anywhere in the window) that the order was placed in and look for Expert Adviser in the popup window, Click Expert Adviser (You can remove it directly from their) Or if you click Expert Adviser it should show you a list of the EA's currently listed on that currency pair.
