In your signal copied trades you will have a comment with the signal's name.

I subscribed in signal copy but not copy any position and when I checked the journal file they show " position EURUSD. skipped as no symbol found " !!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????

"...skipped as no symbol found" is mapping (it is related to the mapping feature).
And concerning EUR/USD: your broker promosed more than 1 symbol for EUR/USD (for example: EUR/USD, EUR/USDi or any other), and/or the margin calculation for this symbol is not Forex.
