Most probably because your broker does not support or does no allow the use of Signals. Contact them and ask about it.

 
hi , i registered to signals lately  , my signal provider enters each trade with 0.01 lot , can i change it to 0.1 for example ? or it only follows the signal provider's lot ?

The signal trades are copied to your trading account with a lot size proportional to your account's balance, levarage and currency.

If you use 10 times the balance of the signal provider (and a bit more actually, since you can only use up to 95% of it in signal copying) and the same or higher leverage, you will have 10 times larger lot size in your signal copied trades.

Rules of Using the Signals Service - Payments 

  1. ...

  5. The Signal Provider automatically receives the Subscriber’s fee for using the Signals in a week upon the Subscription period expiration.
  6. The Signals Provider shall receive the payment less 20% commission retained by the "Signals" service.
  7. Paid subscription canceled by Subscriber is not refunded.
  8. If the transmission of the Signal is terminated by the Provider, the reserved Subscribers' funds shall not be transferred to the Provider's account.
  9. In case of violation of "Signals" service Terms of Use, the Provider's account will be blocked and all financial transactions on it suspended.
  10. In case of any fraudulent activities and/or falsification of past trade results, the Provider's account will be blocked and funds received from the subscriptions will be returned to the buyers.

My broker is searchable at the https://www.mql5.com/en/signals page, but not in the https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/new page.

Sometimes a specific broker/server is not available for signal creation, but some other servers of the same broker are.

For example you can create a free signal, using the demo server of a broker, but not a paid signal using a real server.

No, there is no fix, when a broker/server is not available there is a reason for it.

You may contact the Service Desk and ask them to add this broker/server if you want.
