Keltner Channel Forecast MT4

Keltner Channel indicator for MT4 with ATR volatility bands, forward price projections, trend strength panel and optional non-repainting BUY/SELL arrows.

A standard Keltner Channel shows where price has been. It cannot tell you whether the trend is strong or fading, or where the channel is heading next. Keltner Channel Forecast adds both: forward projections on the chart and a plain-word strength panel beside it.

Keltner Channel Price Forecast

Projection rays extend the middle line and both bands into the future. Each label shows the projected price and its percentage distance from current price. Hover the projected middle line to see the details. Projections update as new candles form; they are estimates, not fixed targets.

ATR Volatility Bands and Extreme Zones

  • Middle line, upper band and lower band adapt to current volatility.
  • Outer extreme zones highlight when price is stretched far from the middle.
  • An optional trend filter line shows the bigger direction on the same chart.

Trend Strength Panel

One click opens or hides the panel.

  • Trend: BULLISH, BEARISH or NEUTRAL
  • Strength: WEAK, MODERATE, STRONG or VERY STRONG, with a strength bar
  • Channel slope and angle, compared with your threshold
  • BUY and SELL EXIT warnings when a strong move turns against that side
  • Projected target and the current trading session

Non-Repainting Keltner Channel Buy Sell Signals

Turn on BUY and SELL arrows if you want entries marked on the chart. Arrows are confirmed on candle close and never repaint once printed. Add the trend filter to keep only arrows that agree with the bigger direction.

Multi-Timeframe Keltner Channel

Use "Calculate from timeframe" to draw a higher-timeframe channel on a lower-timeframe chart, for example the H1 channel on M5. Only closed higher-timeframe candles are used.

Alerts and EA Integration

  • Pop-up and sound alerts on confirmed BUY and SELL arrows.
  • Buffers for trend strength and signed slope, ready for your own Expert Advisor.

Suggested Workflow

  1. Read the trend and strength state on the panel.
  2. Check the channel direction and the forward projection.
  3. Note whether price is near an extreme zone.
  4. Use confirmed arrows as entry timing; watch the EXIT warnings to manage the trade.
  5. Apply your own risk rules.
