Hello, since you have purchased Forex Gold Investor from MQL5 market you don't need an access to the member area on the official website. This is only for the users who purchase from the official website. You say that the EA doesn't trade. I believe there is a problem. Please send me a full screenshot of your MT4 terminal and make sure the EA yellow info panel is visible. Then i will check and help you to use the EA successfully. You should not worry at all.

I am sorry to hear that you had bad results, there could be many reasons for bad results. The last update is closely related to the Drawdown Control Panel which allows you to control your DD easily and the logic of the EA is not changed for sure. If you have not set up DD panel your overall results can be not as you expect. Write me in private and let me check what happened. Don't worry I will help you to use EA successfully.

3. Min Equity (currency)

The values of the protections can be edited in the EA inputs and also in the new Protection panel shown on the chart.
The default values (0.00) mean that the respective protection is not active.
