NewsFlow FX is a sophisticated news trading robot designed for Gold (XAUUSD), US30, and Major Pairs. Unlike simple "straddle" bots that blindly place orders, NewsFlow FX includes a Smart Calendar Scanner, Fundamental Outcome Logic, and a new "Profit Lock & Chase" engine to trade economic data releases with precision.

⚠️ Important Note on Backtesting
Please Read Before Testing:
Because this EA relies on Live Economic Calendar Data, the "Outcome Mode" CANNOT be backtested in the Strategy Tester (the Tester does not have historical news data).
- AllowTesterTrade: This setting exists ONLY to pass MQL5 Market validation. Keep it FALSE for real trading.
- How to Test: You must use a DEMO account during live news events to see the EA in action.
✅ Key Features
1. Smart Calendar Scanner
Automatically detects High-Impact USD news (NFP, CPI, FOMC). It "Locks" onto the event 15 minutes prior, ensuring it never skips a trade even if broker time drifts.
2. Two Strategy Modes
- Outcome Mode (Precision): Waits for the ACTUAL data release. If data is positive for USD, it Sells Gold. If negative, it Buys. (Fundamental Trading).
- Straddle Mode (Speed): Places pending Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders immediately at news time to catch explosive volatility in either direction.
3. Smart Reversal Recovery (Whipsaw Protection)
If the market "fakes out" and hits your Stop Loss, the EA doesn't just give up. It intelligently places a Reverse Pending Order (e.g., if Buy fails, it places a Sell Stop) to catch the real trend.
*New: Uses the Recovery_Gap setting to ensure these orders are accepted by the broker even during crazy spreads.
4. "Lock & Chase" Trailing Stop
Secure your wins automatically.
- Start: Waits for the trade to move into profit (e.g., +30 pips).
- Lock: Instantly moves Stop Loss to Break-Even + Profit (e.g., +15 pips).
- Chase: Continuously moves the Stop Loss up as price rallies (Step-by-Step), ensuring you don't leave money on the table.
5. Manual P/L Tracking
The dashboard tracks your daily Profit/Loss accurately, even if you close trades manually from your phone.
⚙️ How It Works
- The EA scans the economic calendar for the next big event.
- It displays a live countdown on the dashboard.
- At the exact news second:
- Outcome Mode: Reads the data. Actual > Forecast? Trade instantly.
- Straddle Mode: Brackets price with pending orders.
- Management: If the trade moves +30 pips, it locks +15 pips. If the trade reverses, it triggers the Recovery Engine.
📊 Recommendations
- Pairs: Optimized for XAUUSD (Gold). Also works on US30, EURUSD, GBPUSD.
- Timeframe: M1 (1-Minute Chart) for best visibility.
- Account: ECN or Low Spread account recommended for news trading.
- VPS: A low-latency VPS is highly recommended for fastest execution.
🔧 Input Highlights
- Strategy_Mode: Choose between "Precise: Wait for Data" (Safe) or "Fast: Pending Straddle" (Aggressive).
- Recovery_Gap: (New) Distance in points for recovery orders. Prevents broker rejection errors.
- OrderExpirySeconds: (New) Automatically deletes pending orders if the news doesn't trigger a move within X seconds (Default: 180s).
- Server_Time_Offset: Adjust this if the dashboard countdown does not match the real news time.
- AutoLot: Automatically calculates lot size based on your Risk %.
