Hey! Honestly, my experience with SNEOX AI hasn't been great in live trading. I'm pretty sure it's overfitted. The backtest results look way too good because the parameters were probably tuned specifically to fit old data. But when it hits the real market, it just doesn't work. If you try backtesting it from early 2026 until now, you'll see the results are actually pretty bad. It feels like it wasn't designed to handle the current market at all. I'd be careful with this one.

I’ve never experienced customer support this poor, and I’ve bought plenty of bots. The seller simply doesn’t respond, and even at the beginning they only answered some questions partially. As for the bot itself: I’ve tested it for over a month and it’s down about 5%, so overall unprofitable. While watching the trades, it felt like the bot had no real edge. The live performance looks nothing like the backtests. I can’t recommend this bot and especially not this seller. No support, no guidance, nothing.

I was very disappointed with this expert. The performance was weak, customer support was unsatisfactory, and the results were far below expectations. I do not recommend it.
