HOW IT WORKS
The user defines the desired Risk Percent and Stop Loss distance.
The utility calculates the appropriate lot size according to the selected risk and the current account Balance or Equity.
For example, the user can configure:
Risk Percent: 1.00%
Stop Loss: 500 points
Risk/Reward Ratio: 1:2
The utility then calculates and displays:
- Suggested lot size
- Estimated monetary risk
- BUY entry level
- BUY Stop Loss
- BUY Take Profit
- SELL entry level
- SELL Stop Loss
- SELL Take Profit
RISK/REWARD PLANNING
Take Profit is calculated automatically according to the selected Risk/Reward ratio.
For example:
1:1.5 = Take Profit distance is 1.5 times the Stop Loss distance.
1:2 = Take Profit distance is 2 times the Stop Loss distance.
1:3 = Take Profit distance is 3 times the Stop Loss distance.
