Configura i terminali Transmitter e Receiver in circa 1 minuto e copia operazioni manuali o aperte da EA tra conti dello stesso broker o di broker diversi. I had a terrible experience with this trade copier, and I would strongly caution anyone against using it without extensive testing. I configured one transmitter and one receiver. The receiver was set to copy new trades only. Copy Current Trades was disabled, Reopen Closed Copied Trades was disabled, and my 2× lot multiplier was intentional. Despite this, the copier repeatedly duplicated the same master trade. For example, when my master opened a 20-lot position, the receiver was supposed to open 40 lots because of my 2× multiplier. Instead, it repeatedly opened 40 lots, then another 40 lots, then another 40 lots, and continued doing so. The problem became extremely serious because these were not simply failed attempts. The receiver was successfully opening additional positions, creating massive unintended exposure. I also saw the EA repeatedly sending the same order in the Experts/Journal, sometimes every second. This ultimately blew my account because the copier kept adding positions that I never intended to open. What should have been one copied trade became multiple additional positions, dramatically increasing my exposure and risk. I checked the configuration and confirmed that there was only one transmitter and one receiver, and that settings such as Copy Current Trades = false and Reopen Closed Copied Trades = false were already configured correctly. The master account itself was not generating these repeated trades — the receiver was. The Journal repeatedly showed CTrade::OrderSend attempting to send the same market order, including unknown retcode 0, while the receiver was also successfully executing trades. For a trade copier, this is an extremely serious failure. A single master trade should never result in an uncontrolled number of receiver positions. I purchased this EA specifically because I needed reliable trade copying between MT5 accounts. After this experience, I cannot trust it with my account. 1 star. I strongly recommend the developer investigate the duplicate-order, trade-identification, and retry behavior. This issue caused real financial damage to my account.

The symptoms you describe are consistent with a known MetaTrader 5 build 6116 CTrade/OrderSend bug, rather than a problem with the Local Trade Copier EA itself. You specifically mention CTrade::OrderSend attempts showing retcode = 0 while the orders were actually being executed. This was a documented MT5 build 6116 problem, where OrderSend() could incorrectly report a failure even though the trade had successfully been executed. The issue was reported to MetaQuotes and fixed in build 6118. Technical discussion: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/514693 Please check MT5 → Help → About and verify which build your Receiver was running. If it was build 6116, please update to the latest official MT5 release and set up the Receiver again. The same issue was also publicly documented in the Local Trade Copier EA MT5 comments: https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/68951/comments/page23#comment_60248292 Therefore, the behavior described here should not be interpreted as the Local Trade Copier EA repeatedly deciding to open the same trade. What do you mean 'same account'? The Local Trade Copier EA can copy trades from 1 (or many) transmitter account(s), installed on its own MT5 terminal to 1 (or many) receiver account(s), installed on a different MT5 terminal. Both these MT5 terminals must be present and running on the same Windows PC or the same Windows VPS. The copytrade EA is very efficient and fast when i installed it in my own VPS. I do not have any issue on live trades copied during peak of US session. No missing trades. Hello, I recently purchased your "Local Trade Copier EA MT5" from the MQL5 Market. However, I am experiencing a critical issue. Whenever I attach the EA to a chart, it works fine for an hour or two, but then it automatically gets removed/detached from the chart. I checked the MT5 Experts Journal to find the cause, and I am repeatedly getting this exact fatal error: out of memory in 'Local Trade Copier EA MT5.mq5' (1856,17) I am currently running the EA on the MQL5 Virtual Hosting (VPS). Since my local PC has 128 GB of RAM, I believe this is not a hardware issue on my end, but rather a memory leak bug in the EA's code (specifically around line 1856) that gradually fills up the VPS memory limit until MT5 forces the EA to shut down. Could you please investigate this bug and release an update to fix the memory leak? I have screenshots of the log files if you need further proof. Looking forward to your support. Thank you.

Hello Maksat, Thank you for sending the screenshot. It actually shows the cause of the issue very clearly. In your Experts tab log, there is the following message: automated trading is disabled due to EA being synchronized with virtual hosting This confirms that the terminal is running on MQL5 Virtual Hosting (MQL5 VPS). The Local Trade Copier EA is a local copier, which means it requires both the transmitter and receiver MT5 terminals to run on the same Windows machine (PC or regular VPS). The EA communicates locally between the terminals to transfer the trade information. However, the MQL5 VPS environment runs each terminal instance in isolation, and it also restricts certain functions such as local communication and automated trading synchronization. Because of this architecture, local trade copiers cannot operate correctly on MQL5 Virtual Hosting. This is why you are seeing messages like: automated trading is disabled due to EA being synchronized with virtual hosting Automatic Trading is Not Allowed! The "out of memory" message is a secondary effect of the environment, not a memory leak in the EA. To run the Local Trade Copier correctly, please do the following: Use a standard Windows VPS (or your local PC). Install both MT5 terminals (transmitter and receiver) on the same machine. Run the EA normally without migrating it to the MQL5 VPS. Once the copier runs in a normal Windows environment, the issue should disappear. If you would like, you can also send me your receiver EA settings (.set file) so I can review your configuration and make sure everything is set correctly. Kind regards, Eleni
