I call some of them "Hen pecking EA’s" bc they rise up when starting then immediately start diving deep down, and crash straight into the bottom of the chart. Then they bounce back up, only to dive deep down again. They repeat this over and over, just like chickens pecking at the ground, until they finally crash below sea level, completely exhausted from trying to fly. You get that sinking feeling in your stomach of all the dollars that you paid slowly dissolving and disappearing each time the EA scrapes the bottom, right!!!? But then, there are others. These EAs fly straight into the sky and never even think of looking down. They point steadily and purposefully towards the Sun. These are the mighty Eagles, bringing immense joy every single time they aim high into the most profitable clouds in the sky.I am very happy to say that Gold Vector Strategy is one of these mighty Eagles. It has been gifting me golden eggs across multiple challenges! And what is most impressive is that in all the backtesting with multiple risk combinations drawdown did not go above 3% which is simply amazing, no? My current live challenges have been running for over a week, and I have been fortunate enough to see nothing but profits from Gold Vector Strategy. Even more impressive is that on three of the challenges, profits are being generated with a broker that has a Stops Level of 20! That usually kills most EAs, but this one handles it beautifully. Amazing!In my experience, Gold Vector Strategy is an excellent, dependable, and highly reliable EA. It is a trusted member of my Use-everywhere portfolio! I fully expect it to help me smash my profit goals very soon. To top it off, Adam is one of the most generous developers out there. He always responds promptly and in great detail. I have been using Gold Vector Strategy since mid-March (v1.23) on both a BlackBull live and demo account. March was a very strong month, but in April and May the EA started taking a few losses. I suggested to Adam that a time filter should be added, as most of the losses were occurring during the Asian session. With the release of v1.30, not only was the time filter added, but also several other useful features such as the Trend Filter, Slippage protection, and additional advanced options. Yesterday, while testing v1.30 further, I noticed error 10030 appearing in the Journal tab. Adam immediately started working on fixing the issue over the weekend, which shows how dedicated he is in delivering improvements quickly, leading to v1.31. I will continue testing v1.31 on my BlackBull account and going live on this version. I’m also seeing some small differences when I am testing on my IC Trading account, so further optimization may be needed there as well. I’ll continue sharing updates in the comment section. Starting from v1.31, Gold Vector Strategy has become a hidden gem.

Unfortunately not a profitable EA. Ran for a week and only a single trade that result in 60$ lost. I'm sure it is profitable in the long run but it would take a half a year to even get the EA cost back. There are cheaper EA that is more profitable out there that make this EA not worth it

Update: There are only two trades this week and I lost 120$ cause I forgot to disable it and lost another 60$

Regarding "cheaper and more profitable" alternatives: many such systems utilize risky Grid or Martingale logic, which may show rapid gains but carry the constant risk of a total account wipeout. Gold Vector uses strict "Single-Trade" logic with a hard Stop Loss specifically to ensure long-term survival and capital preservation. Very solid and very effective EA. I also have another EA that uses the same breakout-style strategies but that one only performs well on demo accounts (no slippage) and sucks in live accounts. Gold Vector, on the other hand, runs really well on my small Blackbull Markets Prime (RAW ECN) account combined with a MQL VPS where I can play a little bit with risk percentages and such. It managed to produce only wins since March 26th and grew the account with roughly 50% (using high risk percentages) without really scary drawdowns. Even in these sideways moving XAUUSD market of the last couple of weeks. Conclusion so far: works great and I hope it will continue this way!

Low Spreads: Ideally stable below 20-30 points.
Fast Execution: Low latency is critical for precise breakout entries.
ECN/RAW Account Type: These typically offer the best conditions for scalping.

Excellent strategy if you prefer risk control and a high win rate. No overtrading; everything is planned, with pre-set, low-risk stop-loss and TP entry levels. Small trades are usually very fast and protected by trailing stops. Definitely a must-have EA at the right price. I recommend a raw spread account.
