Labeling and validation methods are designed based on the concepts of financial machine learning proposed by Marcos López de Prado.
Features
The AI does not rely only on price, but evaluates time, volatility, and market structure together to make trading decisions.
The model uses the following types of inputs:
- Time features (Month / Day / Week / Hour)
- Price change rate (100h)
- Volatility indicators (ATR / VAM / Momentum)
- Multiple technical indicators (RSI / MA / RCI / Stochastic)
A total of approximately 85 features are used.
In simple words, the AI tries to understand:
"What time period it is,
whether the market is trending or ranging,
where the current price is within that structure,
and whether price is likely to continue or slow down."
Model Training Considerations
The following points are considered during training:
- Prevention of overfitting
- Handling of class imbalance
- Training data structure considering regime changes
- Validation using multiple conditions
- Training period: 2003–2024, with 2025 used as out-of-sample testing
The model is designed to avoid dependence on specific market periods and to perform across various market environments.
Trading Logic
This EA is not fixed to trend-following or counter-trend strategies.
Trade direction is determined dynamically based on probability outputs from the AI model.
Inside the AI model, there are approximately 400 trading pattern structures,
and each pattern is composed of five combined conditions.
Although 400 patterns may seem large, the total training period covers about 130,000 hours (around 15 years).
* Only patterns that showed effectiveness in training data are used. Random rule combinations are not applied.
