The labeling and validation methods were designed with reference to the ideas of financial machine learning proposed by Marcos López de Prado.
Features
The AI evaluates not only price, but also time, volatility, and market structure to make trading decisions.
The model uses the following types of inputs:
- Time features (Month / Day / Week / Hour)
- Rate of price change (100h)
- Volatility indicators (ATR / VAM / Momentum)
- Multiple technical indicators (RSI / MA / RCI / Stochastic)
A total of approximately 85 features are used.
In simple terms, the AI evaluates things such as:
"What time phase the market is in,
whether the market is trending or ranging,
where the current price is positioned within that context,
and whether the move is likely to continue or stall."
Model Training Considerations
The following points were taken into account during training and adjustment:
- Measures against overfitting
- Consideration for class imbalance
- Training data composition designed to reflect changing market conditions
- Validation under multiple conditions
- Training period: 2003 to 2024, with 2025 onward available for testing
The model was designed to avoid relying on any single specific market period.
Rather than aiming to perform only in a limited environment, this EA is designed to operate as stably as possible across a wide range of market conditions.
Trading Logic
This EA is not fixed to either trend-following or counter-trend logic.
Trade direction is determined dynamically based on the probability output of the AI model.
The AI model internally includes approximately 400 trading logic patterns,
and each pattern is formed by 5 conditions.
This may sound like a large number, but the training period covers about 130,000 hours of data (around 15 years).
Separate models are trained for buy and sell trades, each specialized for its own direction.
Because of this, buy and sell positions may be held at the same time, which also functions as a hedge to help reduce maximum drawdown.
* Only patterns whose effectiveness was confirmed from the training data are used. Random brute-force combinations are not applied.

Q1. What is the recommended account balance?
The recommended balance is 1,000 USD, assuming a 0.01 lot setting. Even with a larger balance, increasing the lot size too much will increase risk.
Q2. Can I use the default parameters as they are?
Basically, yes, the default settings can be used. However, please adjust the following according to your broker:
- MaxSpread(point): Increase slightly if your broker tends to have wider spreads
- TimeZone / SummerTime: Match your broker's server time
Example: If your broker uses GMT+2 with European daylight saving time → TimeZone = 2, SummerTime = EU_SUMMER
Q3. Can I use it on a demo account?
Yes, it can be used on both demo and live accounts. It is recommended to first check operation and trading frequency on a demo account before using it on a live account.
Q4. Can I use it on multiple charts or multiple symbols?
This EA is exclusively designed for the XAUUSD (GOLD) H1 chart. It will not operate correctly on other symbols or timeframes.
Q5. Is VPS required?
A VPS is not mandatory, but recommended for stable 24-hour operation. If your PC is turned off, the EA will also stop.
Q6. Does it trade during major economic news releases?
This EA does not include a news filter. If you want to avoid trading during major economic events, please stop the EA manually during those periods.
Q7. Will the model or logic be updated in the future?
At this time, no major logic changes are planned. However, based on forward test results, a different version may be released if necessary.
