Orion Meteor XAU is a gold (XAUUSD) Expert Advisor built around a daily-open breakout entered at three levels: Meteor Belt. Every trade has its own stop loss. No grid, no martingale, no averaging down.

STRATEGIES

Meteor Belt - daily-open breakout at three levels (main engine)
- Level 1 enters when price moves 0.5 x ATR(D1,14) away from the daily open, in the direction of the H1 SuperTrend.
- Level 2 (0.4 x ATR) and Level 3 (0.3 x ATR) enter the same move earlier, each as a separate position.
- Each level: stop loss 1.2 x ATR(D1), take profit 3 x ATR(D1), stop moved to entry after a move of 0.8 x the stop.
- One trigger per level and direction per day. Closed at 23:50 server time and on Friday evening.
- Levels 2 and 3 trade only when the balance is at least 1,500 USD (Meteor_BeltBalance). Below that, only Level 1 trades.

Dawn - bullish opening confirmation (buy only)
- Buys after two bullish M15 candles close above the daily open with EMA 9 above EMA 21. Stop loss at the daily open.

Constellation - multi-timeframe breakout orders
- Buy stop / sell stop orders at levels where at least 4 timeframes agree, in the H1 EMA(100) direction.
- 5 USD stop, breakeven and profit lock, 12 USD target. Gold symbols only.

Orbit Growth - lot grows with the account
- Meteor Belt and Dawn add 0.01 lot for every 1000 of profit above the starting balance and reduce it again when the balance falls. Can be capped (Orbit_MaxLot) or switched off.

Shield - protection
- Daily and weekly loss limits for pending orders, high-impact USD news pause, weekend pause, maximum spread filter, Friday close.

IMPORTANT - HIGH RISK
The three Meteor levels usually enter the same move, so when it reverses all three can hit their stops on the same day. Drawdowns above 50% occurred in 4 of the 5 test periods, one year was negative, and the very large result of 2025-2026 comes from the strong gold trend of that period combined with Orbit Growth. Without the 1,500 USD rule the account was lost in two of the five periods. Past results do not guarantee future results. Test on a demo account first and only trade money you can afford to lose. For lower risk set Meteor_Level2 and Meteor_Level3 to 0 or set Orbit_MaxLot.
