Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I need a MT4 trade copier. Trades must be copied using the fastest method. Ideally from one MT4 to another running on a separate computer (via a port number?) NOTE: If this is not possible, I will consider a local trade copier where both MT4 platforms are running on same computer but please state this when responding to the project. How does the Min Trend Counting will work? I want it to count from beginning of First color candle , and open trade immediate whenever it touches the defined value while candle is still forming, dont wait to close the candle.
