BB strategy 3 std dev

Hello

Can somebody make an EA that has the following paramaters?

Buy Order

1. IF: price moves 1 pips below the lower bollinger band (3 std deviations)

2. THEN: place a pending buy at lower bollinger band price level

3. WITH: 10 pip TP, 15 pip SL 

Sell Order

1. IF: price moves 1 pip above the upper bollinger band (3 std deviations)

2. THEN: place a pending sell at upper bollinger band price level

3. WITH: 10 pip TP, 15 pip SL 

Specific conditions:

a. Act on current price only, not close of candle

b. If order not filled by close of candle, close pending order

c. Hourly candle

d. Maximum of 1 order per candle

e. 20 period bollinger band

f. 3 std deviations

The following not essential but great if can be included: I would like to be able to modify paramaters such as:

points 1. above such that i could make it place order when price moves 2 pips above, instead of 1 pip above etc

points 1. above such that I could change the bollinger band standard deviations

points 3. above such that I could adjust the TP and SL to modify the levels (e.g. change to 5 TP and 10 SL) OR make a trailing stop loss with a step level

points b. c. d. e. and f. above

FYI:

This has backtested well on all major pairs with average ~30W and ~12L

I would like to forward test but do not have the time in my days/nights to do so. Nor do I have the skill to design the EA.
