Big Boss Structure

BigBoss  is an Expert Advisor developed specifically for XAUUSD / Gold trading.

This EA uses Break of Structure (BOS) logic to detect potential market direction, then manages entries using a distance-based layer system. Instead of relying on individual trade exits, BigBoss XAU V1 manages positions as a basket through Basket Take Profit, Basket Stop Loss, and Daily Target protection.

The EA is designed for traders who want an active Gold trading system with practical basket management, AutoLot support, on-chart dashboard monitoring, and Telegram connectivity.

Basic Trading Logic

BigBoss XAU V1 uses Break of Structure (BOS) as its core signal.

• A Buy signal appears when price breaks above the recent structure high

• A Sell signal appears when price breaks below the recent structure low

• An optional reverse mode is available for traders who prefer opposite signal behavior

After the first position is opened, the EA can add new layers when price reaches the defined layer distance.
The basket is then managed as a whole using profit target and protection settings.

Clients can already use the default settings after installation.

How to Get Telegram Bot Token

1. Open Telegram and search for BotFather

2. Send /newbot

3. Follow the instructions

4. Copy the Bot Token provided by BotFather

5. Paste it into the EA settings

How to Get Telegram Chat ID

1. Start a chat with your bot

2. Send any message to the bot

3. Open:

https://api.telegram.org/botYOUR_BOT_TOKEN/getUpdates

4. Find "chat":{"id":...}

5. Copy that number as your Chat ID

How to Enable WebRequest in MT5

1. Open MetaTrader 5

2. Go to Tools -> Options -> Expert Advisors

3. Enable Allow WebRequest for listed URL

4. Add:

Input Parameters

Enable EA — Turns the EA on or off.
Allow Buy — Allows Buy trades.
Allow Sell — Allows Sell trades.
Magic Number — Unique ID for this EA’s trades.
Order Comment — Comment attached to each trade.
Slippage (points) — Maximum allowed price deviation.
Min seconds between orders per side (0=off) — Minimum delay between same-side orders. 0 = disabled.

Initial lot — Starting lot size.
Lot multiplier per layer — Multiplies the lot for each new layer.
Distance between layers (points) — Minimum price distance before opening a new layer.
Max layers per side (0=unlimited) — Maximum number of Buy or Sell layers. 0 = unlimited.

Combined basket TP in $ (0=off) — Closes the basket when total profit reaches the target. 0 = disabled.
Basket SL per side in $ (0=off) — Closes one side when loss reaches the limit. 0 = disabled.
Daily target in $ (0=off) — Stops trading after the daily profit target is reached. 0 = disabled.

Include swap in basket net profit — Includes swap in basket profit calculation.
Extra buffer before basket close — Adds extra profit buffer before closing the basket.

Signal timeframe — Timeframe used for BOS signals.
BOS lookback bars — Number of candles used to define market structure.
Reverse BOS signal — Reverses the normal BOS entry direction.

Trading start time — Time when the EA can start opening trades.
Trading end time — Time when the EA stops opening new trades.

Enable Auto Lot — Enables automatic lot scaling.
Reference lot — Base lot used for Auto Lot calculation.
Reference balance — Base balance used for lot scaling.
Locked follower balance (0 = use current balance) — Uses a fixed balance for Auto Lot. 0 = current balance.

Enable Telegram control — Enables Telegram connection and command support.
Bot Token — Telegram bot token from BotFather.
Chat ID — Telegram chat ID for notifications.
Poll interval (sec) — Interval for checking Telegram commands.
Notify open/close events — Sends Telegram trade notifications.
Notify command changes — Sends Telegram updates when commands change settings.

Show dashboard — Shows or hides the on-chart dashboard.
0=Left Top,1=Right Top,2=Left Bottom,3=Right Bottom — Sets dashboard corner position.
InpDashboardX — Horizontal dashboard offset.
InpDashboardY — Vertical dashboard offset.
