The Quantum Gold is a fully algorithmic Expert Advisor built exclusively for XAUUSD
(Gold) on the M15 timeframe. It combines three independent signal dimensions into a
single high-confidence entry condition — volatility compression/expansion detection,
dual-timeframe trend alignment, and momentum confirmation — ensuring the EA only
trades when market structure is genuinely favourable.
Every position is completely defined before it opens: stop loss, take profit, and lot
size are all calculated and validated prior to order submission. There is no averaging,
no grid, no martingale, and no hidden risk exposure of any kind.

The QV Engine requires all three dimensions to align simultaneously before generating
a signal. A single condition is never sufficient. This multi-confirmation approach

DIMENSION 1 — Volatility Compression to Expansion

▸ Monitors ATR(14) relative to a configurable ATR moving average.
▸ Identifies low-volatility compression periods and waits for an explosive breakout
above the ATR average.
▸ Mimics the "coiled spring" price behaviour that precedes high-probability

DIMENSION 2 — Dual-Timeframe Trend Alignment

▸ M15 Fast EMA and Slow EMA must be aligned in the signal direction.
▸ H1 Trend EMA acts as the higher-timeframe filter — price must be on the
correct side of the EMA.
▸ All indicators read from confirmed closed bars only, eliminating look-ahead

▸ Prevents counter-trend trades — the EA only trades with the dominant
market flow.

RISK MANAGEMENT

account balance and the distance to the stop loss. It never uses fixed lot sizes or

Q: Does this EA use martingale, grid, or averaging?
No. Every trade is sized based on a fixed percentage of your balance and a clearly
defined ATR-based stop loss. There is no position scaling, averaging down, or recovery
logic of any kind. Your maximum possible loss on any single trade is exactly the
RiskPercent you set.

Q: Will it work on my broker?
Gold Quantum MT5 auto-detects your broker's account type (hedging or netting),
supported order filling modes (FOK/IOC/RETURN), and minimum stop distance requirements.
It is designed to work on any standard MT5 broker that offers XAUUSD trading.

Q: How many trades does it open per week?
Trade frequency is intentionally low. The QV Engine requires three simultaneous
conditions to align, so signals are disciplined and infrequent. During active Gold
market periods expect approximately 2–6 signals per week. Quality is always
prioritised over quantity.

Q: Can I run multiple instances simultaneously?
Yes. Assign a unique MagicNumber to each instance so trades are tracked independently.
Each instance should run on its own chart window. You can run different entry modes
or parameter sets in parallel for diversification.

Q: What happens if my terminal disconnects?
Stop loss and take profit levels are placed directly on the broker server at the moment
each order is submitted. If your terminal goes offline, all open positions remain fully
protected by server-side SL and TP. A VPS is still recommended to avoid missing
