I don't know why Mohamed closed the private chat when members complained that the EA was losing them money. Surely negative comments show that your customers are unhappy with the EA they paid you $299 for and that you need to care enough to fix the issues. Closing the chat just causes more frustration and resentment, these are your customers, don't you care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope you continue to develop the EA to make it profitable across several brokers, not just 1 or 2 which are inaccessible to many countries.
