Overview

Gold Master v5.0 is a professional-grade, all-in-one trading indicator engineered exclusively for XAUUSD (Gold) on MetaTrader 5. Every parameter, threshold, filter, and calculation has been purpose-built and calibrated for Gold's unique price behavior, volatility profile, and market sessions — making it one of the most specialized Gold trading tools available on the MQL5 Market.

This is not a generic multi-asset indicator adapted for Gold. It is a native Gold instrument: from the ATR volatility ranges tuned per timeframe, to the ICT Kill Zone weights, seasonal adjustments, Average Daily Range thresholds, and psychological level detection — every component speaks the language of XAUUSD.

What's New in v5.0

Real Volume Intensity Indicator (new)

A dedicated buffer tracks volume intensity on every bar using a 20-period EMA ratio. The indicator attempts to use real broker volume first, falling back to tick volume automatically when unavailable. The result is displayed as a dynamic multiplier ( NORMAL 0.9x / HIGH 1.4x / ULTRA 2.3x ) with a color-coded gauge bar in the panel — giving you an immediate read on whether price moves are supported by volume conviction.

Signal Quality Stars (1–5 ★) (new)

Every signal arrow on the chart now displays a star rating:

• ▲ ★★★★★ — Elite setup, all factors aligned
• ▲ ★★★★☆ — Strong, high-probability entry
• ▲ ★★★☆☆ — Good setup, standard confirmation
• ▲ ★★☆☆☆ — Moderate, use with additional caution

Stars also appear in push notifications, alerts, and the Signal tab panel. The underlying 1–10 confidence score remains fully visible for precision control.

Gold Luxury Visual Theme (redesigned)

The panel has been completely restyled with a warm gold color palette — rich brown backgrounds, cream-toned text, and bronze accents — replacing the cold dark theme of v4.x. The result is a professional, elegant interface that reduces visual fatigue during long trading sessions and reinforces the gold instrument identity.

Anti-Repaint Architecture Hardened (corrected)

The calculation loop was fully audited and rewritten to guarantee zero-repaint behavior under all conditions, including full recalculation on re-attach and incremental tick updates.

Core Signal Engine

Gold Master v5.0 uses a multi-factor signal engine that evaluates six independent technical dimensions before generating a Buy or Sell arrow. Signals are only produced when a defined combination of conditions aligns simultaneously — dramatically reducing noise and false entries.

The six signal dimensions:

1. Triple MA Alignment — Fast, Slow, and Trend moving averages must stack in the correct order
2. RSI Momentum — Direction, zone positioning, and distance from extreme levels
3. MACD Histogram — Zero-line position, histogram direction, and expansion vs. signal line
4. Stochastic K/D — Cross direction, zone, and momentum
5. Multi-Timeframe Confirmation — RSI and MA alignment on a higher timeframe
6. Bollinger Band Position & Squeeze Filter — Price location within bands and squeeze detection

16-Factor Confidence Score

Every signal receives a confidence score from 1.0 to 10.0, calculated from 16 independent weighted factors:

The minimum confidence threshold is fully configurable. Any signal below the defined minimum is suppressed — giving you direct control over signal quality.

Three Signal Profiles

Signal Filters

Eight independent filters block low-quality entries before any signal reaches the chart:

• Spread Filter — Blocks signals when spread exceeds a defined % of ATR
• News Filter — Suppresses signals around major news release hours (configurable minutes)
• ADX Filter — Requires minimum trend strength before signal generation
• Session Filter — Restricts signals to defined trading hours
• Time Filter — Blocks early Monday and late Friday entries
• Volume Filter — Requires tick volume above 20-bar average threshold
• BB Squeeze Filter — Suppresses signals during low-volatility consolidation
• Multi-TF Filter — Optional requirement for higher timeframe alignment confirmation

Real Volume Intensity System

The volume engine calculates a normalized intensity score (0–100) per bar using a 20-period EMA of volume. The system prioritizes real broker volume via CopyRealVolume() , falling back to tick volume when unavailable — using a single batch call for maximum efficiency.

Display categories with dynamic color coding:

• V.LOW — Below 0.5x average (gray)
• LOW — 0.5–0.8x average (red)
• NORMAL — 0.8–1.1x average (neutral)
• HIGH — 1.1–1.5x average (orange)
• V.HIGH — 1.5–2.0x average (green)
• ULTRA — Above 2.0x average (bright green)

High volume intensity on a signal bar strongly validates the move. Low intensity on a signal suggests low conviction and potential for reversal.

VWAP Multi-Timeframe

A Volume Weighted Average Price anchored to a configurable timeframe (default: Daily) is drawn as a horizontal line on the chart. The panel displays the current VWAP value with dynamic color coding:

• Green — Price above VWAP (intraday bullish bias)
• Red — Price below VWAP (intraday bearish bias)

John Kurisko 4x Stochastic Alignment

Four consecutive timeframes are monitored simultaneously. When all four stochastic oscillators enter oversold territory (<30), a quad bullish signal is marked. When all four reach overbought (>70), a quad bearish signal fires. These rare, high-conviction setups are marked directly on the chart with distinct arrows.

RSI Divergence Detection

The divergence engine compares RSI against price to detect classic bullish and bearish divergences. Each detected divergence is marked on the chart with a dedicated arrow and logged in the panel. Divergence confirmation adds weight to the confidence score of any signal generated in the same direction.

Candlestick Pattern Recognition

Eight patterns detected in real time:

• Bullish Engulfing / Bearish Engulfing
• Hammer / Shooting Star
• Morning Star / Evening Star
• Bullish Harami / Bearish Harami
• Doji

Detected patterns are shown in the panel and influence the confidence score when aligned with the signal direction.

Market Structure Analysis

The indicator continuously tracks swing highs and lows to classify current market structure:

• UPTREND — Higher highs + higher lows
• DOWNTREND — Lower highs + lower lows
• EXPANDING — Higher highs + lower lows
• CONTRACTING — Lower highs + higher lows
• RANGING — No clear swing structure

Chart Drawing Tools (all optional)

All chart objects are auto-managed and cleaned up on indicator removal.

Anti-Repaint Guarantee

Gold Master v5.0 does not repaint. The guarantee is structural:

• All signals are generated on closed bars only ( i >= 1 , never i = 0 )
• On incremental updates ( prev_calculated > 0 ), only bar i=1 (the newly closed bar) is processed — bars i >= 2 are permanently locked
• Signal labels are created once per bar and never recreated on subsequent ticks
• The g_last_sig cooldown state is reset before each full recalculation, ensuring deterministic, reproducible results across all timeframes

Adaptive Parameters by Timeframe

Internal parameters auto-adjust based on the active chart timeframe — MA periods, RSI period, ATR period, BB settings, ADX minimum, and signal cooldown intervals are all optimized for M1 through MN1. No manual reconfiguration needed when switching timeframes.

Alerts & Notifications

When a signal meets all conditions and surpasses the confidence threshold:

• MetaTrader Alert — Direction, price, star rating, SL/TP levels
• Push Notification — Sent to the MetaTrader mobile app (e.g., GOLD BUY ★★★★☆ @ $3285.40 )
• Alerts disabled during Strategy Tester runs to avoid interference
