Gold Asia Pulse X7 – XAUUSD M15
Gold Asia Pulse X7 is an automated XAUUSD Expert Advisor built around the sequence:
Asian Range → Confirmed M15 Breakout → EMA Trend Filter → ATR-Based SL/TP
It records the Asian session high and low, then searches for confirmed breakouts during the configured trading window. The strategy uses fixed rule-based entries and does not use martingale recovery or grid averaging.
Strategy Rules
Asian Range
At the start of each trading day, the EA records the highest and lowest prices during the configured Asian session.
Default settings:
- Asian Start: 01:00
- Asian End: 08:00
The range updates throughout the Asian session and provides the breakout reference levels.
BUY Entry
A BUY is considered on a new M15 bar only when:
1. The previous completed M15 candle closes above the Asian High.
2. The candle before it closes at or below the Asian High.
3. EMA20 > EMA50, or the configured fast EMA is above the slow EMA.
The EA then sends a market BUY using the current Ask price.
SELL Entry
A SELL is considered on a new M15 bar only when:
1. The previous completed M15 candle closes below the Asian Low.
2. The candle before it closes at or above the Asian Low.
3. EMA20 < EMA50, or the configured fast EMA is below the slow EMA.
The EA then sends a market SELL using the current Bid price.
Entries require completed-candle crossovers rather than price touches or unfinished-candle movement.
Trading Window
The EA separates range formation from breakout trading.
Default trading window:
08:00–14:00
Session hours can be adjusted to match broker server time.
ATR-Based Trade Levels
The EA calculates volatility-adjusted trade levels using ATR on the selected timeframe.
Default settings:
- ATR Period: 14
- Stop Loss: 2.5 × ATR
- Take Profit: 5.0 × ATR
- Minimum stop distance: 50 points
These defaults provide a 1:2 risk/reward structure. Both ATR multipliers can be changed in the inputs.
Position and Risk Management
The EA allows only one strategy position at a time. Before entering, it checks for an existing position matching the symbol and Magic Number.
It does not:
- Increase lot size after losses through martingale recovery.
- Add positions against an existing trade through grid averaging.
The configured lot size remains the basis for each new position.
