Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I need someone to develop an API for MT5. I need the Api to read an excel file that contains account # and passwords. The Api is to cycle through this list and grab total profit and total commissions made from each account in a specified time interval. Once the Total profit and commissions is made I need the Api to write those values back in the original excel file next to each account
