Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I need a EA that works in two stages. firstly I should be a able set it to either open a buy or sell position at a specific time (here timing is important it should be accurate up to the last second, if I want it to open a position at 15:29:55, it should do that at that time and not a second later) secondly. Then if the first position is a buy it should set a buy stop or if the first position is a sell it should set

The indicator should create signals when the candle/bar is a certain amount of pips away from the 5 period closed EMA. Sell signals is when price is above the 5 period EMA and buy signals when price is below the 5 period EMA. It should be able to adjust the distance that's' required to the EMA for signal to happen. I am new to all this but what I want is an indicator showing on chart or a separate window showing currencies which breaks the previous day high or low. All currencies should be monitored, if price breaks the previous day high or low then show the currency pair in indicator. Simple as that =)

This EA works with pending orders - as soon as the pending is turned into a sell or short position and the positions are in the market, they get closed as soon new pendings will be opened up!
