Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I want the lot size to increase by 0.01 (adjustable amount) for every 1000 (adjustable amount) in my account balance. Example: acct. balance is 5,467 then lot size= 0.05. And acct. balance is 124,678 then lot size= 1.24
