Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

When I open a new chart in MT4, instead of just one basic chart popping up, I would like three charts to pop up from the same currency pair in different timeframes; 4hr, 1hr, and 15min. The idea is that a trendline drawn on the 4hr will also be applied to the other charts. Price negotiable

I want this condition on my EA in position //3 in the code (see the mq4 attached): the EA MUST open a position only if (HiOpen-LoOpen) > Spread (pips) + Commission (pips).
