I've done some further research regarding Post #775.
If Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal have added Metaquotes to the Terminated Merchant list, the banks and payment processors are not obligated to tell Metaquotes that Metaquotes has been added to the list. Also, the list is private and not publicly viewable. In this case, neither the forum, the Service Desk, nor Metaquotes itself can solve the problem internally. Metaquotes could beg a bank or processor to disclose the list status. The end result is that Metaquotes would likey need the help of a licensed payment processing lawyer to get off of the list. And even this is not guaranteed to succeed. Virtually all merchants on the Terminated Merchant list are on the list due to their inability to comply with the terms of the payment processing contract(s) in the first place.
My Mastercard bank card was previously used to purchase an EA. Now, when I try to make a payment for another EA, it shows that the transaction was declined by the card issuer. Could it be related to what you mentioned? It was clearly working on the platform just a few days ago.
Yes. If you were a registered Market Seller, you would have seen "declined by bank [issuer]" during the transaction and then a more accurate Message in your Inbox, "declined by payment processor."
As previously posted in this thread, it's really a payment processor problem.

A friend here in the community recommended I use the Neon card, it uses the Visa flag, MasterCard is not very well accepted. Fortunately it worked, I requested a withdrawal on the 11th and received it today. I actually tried with a pagseguro card that only works in the credit function. Through MQL5 there were no restrictions or errors, but I didn't receive the amount in my account. I contacted pagseguro and they said that there was no record of any transaction and that they don't receive the amount in dollars, so they would have to convert it to reais first and then send it to the pagseguro account. Anyway, I had to contact MQL5 support to have the amount refunded since I didn't receive it in my account, and that was two days ago, and they still haven't got back to me. Today I searched for other ways, which might be quicker and less expensive, and I found this video (link below) which uses WebMoney and MercadoBitcoin to transfer the amount to the bank account, it seems to be very interesting, I'm already doing more tests and I'll bring you news soon.

MQL5 support sent me a transaction receipt stating that it was successful, this for my PagSeguro card. When I contacted PagSeguro again, the attendant this time told me that they do receive payment in dollars, and when it lands in the account it is converted to reais, but that this MQL5 transaction is not yet in the system. Just to report the end of the soap opera:
when the 3-5 day period expired I contacted PagSeguro again and they continued to claim that they had not received any transactions. I then asked for an official statement from them, as instructed by MQL5 support, that the transaction had not been received, and they told me that it would not be possible to provide me with such a statement. So I filed a complaint with the Central Bank on 03/04 against PagSeguro, and just now I received an email reply from PagSeguro regarding the complaint filed with the Central Bank. They said they were sorry about what happened and informed me that there was a systemic failure that caused the problem reported (humrum, I know the systemic failure well), and that the problem has been corrected and the amount has already been made available in my account. As I've already confirmed, the amount has indeed gone into my account.
That's it, but beware of these banks.
Successful WebMoney withdrawal experience shared by (LiteCoin) and transfer ownership of these LiteCoins to a Brazilian broker, for this procedure you need your webmoney account to be validated, it took me about a week to get through the whole procedure which was very smooth, they ask for a passport or ID, yes they don't accept CNH, =D
Anyway, I did the second procedure and the transfer took about 11 hours, because to get it straight away you need to have a certain level (famous gamefication), which involves transacting some amounts.
My transfer went through and I still made a profit from last week's hike lol .
Another interesting thing about the platform is that there is an internal Exchange, where you can buy and sell different types of coins. Before sending the liteCoins, when I was waiting for the documents to be validated, I made a few transactions, and still managed to earn around 15 dollars on the exchanges =D.
I even applied for the PagSeguro card, but after the testimonial above I'm three feet behind.
