Hello everyone, I have the same problem ''Webmoney payment system has rejected the withdrawal operation. Please contact the bank that issued your card for details.'' However, I contacted Webmoney and they claimed that everything is fine with the account, the problem is not on the bank's side. I have been trying to withdraw since last week, without success. I opened a ticket with the MQL5 team since the problem is not on the bank's side.

Following today's MQL5.com website maintenance when the site was down, text message to phone authentication is malfunctioning here in the U.S. Prior to the maintenance, text message to phone authentication was working fine even though payment processing was down. Perhaps this is intentional and designed to prevent overwhelming the payment processing system with auto-declines.

There was a technical issue related to Webmoney withdrawals caused by a third party service provider (not Webmoney) . It has since been fixed and Webmoney withdrawals should work as usual. You will notice a change in the response message after a (Webmoney) withdrawal request. 

 
The issue still persists......payment processor declined the transaction is the message I keep getting when trying to withdraw via webmoney

If you are about Webmoney so the users on Russian forum corfirmed - it was fixed and working (they wrote to the service desk asking to fix),

I have information that webmoney withdrawal was fixed yesterday by the service desk (read my previous post).|
If you have some issue to withdrawal to webmoney - write to the service desk ... but I think - it should work (you can try once again for example).
