And what if it shrunk in value?

I don't think users would be happy about that at all. No, a crypto wallet is not desirable what-so-ever.

Whether you can deposit with, or withdraw to, crypto-currencies is a different matter, but the wallet needs to be a fiat currency.

Believe whatever you want to. I retired on my Bitcoin, so I will never be convinced that crypto is bad idea.

You can use exchanger.money, it is part of Webmoney. Your Paypal email must be specified in your WM passport profile and verified on WM. Transfers to Paypal are done peer to peer manually.

Yes Webmoney has the option to exchange with PayPal but the fees are ridiculous, doing that you will lose nearly half your money in exchange fees, its not feasible.

Webmoney is extremely expensive in the fees you have to pay to the exchange agents making it a non option.

If you check the user's achievements page, you will see that they have been supplying agents for MQL5 Cloud. That is how they are earning funds to be able to withdraw.

Yes true, we are left without a withdrawal method. Mql5 looses its worth with limited withdrawal options.
Moderators we know you reading this please forward our frustration with Mql5. The customer is right. Please tell them we need more withdrawal options.
1. Paypal
2. Perfect money
3. Payoneer
4. AirTm
