Hi everybody. It is my first time to purchase product in the Market. Unfortunately, the transaction by credit card is rejected at every moment. Even if I change the credit card. Also, is impossible to reach the helpdesk, the link doesn't work. Is someone has other solutions?

I was unable to withdraw using Webmoney getaway since yesterday.

The money will get lock in my MQL5 account and then again will return to my account and no withdraw.

Then a message from system like this is recieved: "Payment system declined the transaction."

Does anyone have the same problem? Or have a solution?

I have sent messages to service desk,they are checking their CardPay API issue,

If you could send message to service desk too.

"Please try to make your withdrawal after several days or try to use other cards.

Also, to withdraw funds, you can use PayPal.",

We should wait to be fixed as soon as possible,
