1. To establish new structural division - Scientific Forexology Department with the international name Scientific Forex Centre - at Kyiv Scientific Research Center "Kontsentr" from 1 January 2010.
2. To appoint Popov S.L. as the head and leading researcher of the Scientific Forexology Centre department from the moment when this order becomes effective.
3. Deputy Director on administrative part Kolosovska E.S. together with the director Popov S.L. to prepare and publish up to January 27, 2010. Regulation, Staff Schedule, Instructions to employees and Work Plan of the Department.

At the Kiev Polytechnic Institute anything may be taught as an elective for general development and at will. There is nothing wrong with it. And that site that you cited, not at all official and the document is in Word, without any signatures and stamps. Call the Admissions Office and find out whether there is such a course and specialty or not. Telephones in the general access, through Vyber or Skype call is not expensive, more than one minute will not take that to learn that this is a fake.
At the Kiev Polytechnic Institute, anything can be taught as an elective for general development and at will. There is nothing wrong with that. How to keep your smartphone charged when travelling for long periods of time or when there is no possibility to recharge:
1. turn off screen rotation (Gyroscope and flip software eat up a lot of energy)
2) Switch off Wi-Fi (the smartphone is always scanning for connection points)
3. Switch the network to 2G even if you have switched off data transmission (With 4G priority switched on, the smartphone will always be looking for the best and a lot of calls to operator towers and switching standards)
4. Turn GPS off and don't turn it on unnecessarily.
5. Make the screen background black.
If the battery is close to empty, and time for charging five minutes, for example in the train near the toilet, then perevidite the flight mode, will gain +15% of charge for 5 minutes, will be disabled transmitter, applications for communication, but the charge you will surprise speed.

It might be easier), but if there is no way out and the phone needs to be turned from a multimediacentre into an energy-saving ringtone, that's one way out, without using solar panels or other gadgets.)
