I believe Netting account is one part of this problem and signal server got the problem also.
Signal Server is trying to re-calculate Copy volume conversion % (15%) of Provider's open positions after each re-connection and close the positions above the copy ratio.
Since Netting account, all open positions are accumulated under 1 currency pair order and signal server is trying to match the positions to just 15%.

Not all signals are public and visible to MQL5 signal database or MT4 signal showcase.
Read the 3 categories of signal visibility in your signal's settings.
