How much time it will be necessary until it is possible to available to public access?

Or, will it never be possible again?

New, unrated and unranked signals are not publicly available in MQL5 signal database or in MT4 signal tab or search. Be patient.

You can't publish a signal with a trading account that it was used in the past to copy another signal.

Try with another trading account.
