Surge BTC Engine 2: Continue, and the Spark, Surge and Storm Signals

The first breakout is only the beginning. After a level breaks, Bitcoin often continues in the same direction in a series of smaller pushes. Engine 2, Continue, is built to ride those pushes.

HOW CONTINUE WORKS

- The engine maps swing highs and swing lows on M15, M30 and H1 at the same time.

- When a swing level is broken, it places pending orders to follow the continuation.

- Every order has its own Stop Loss and Take Profit from the moment it is placed.

MULTI-TIMEFRAME CONFIRMATION

Here is the part I'm most proud of. When the same level is confirmed by more than one timeframe, the signal is ranked higher, and the position size grows with it:

- Spark signal: confirmed on 1 timeframe, lot x1.00

- Surge signal: confirmed on 2 timeframes, lot x2.00

- Storm signal: confirmed on 3 timeframes, lot x3.00

The logic is simple: the stronger the confirmation, the more weight the trade receives. Spark setups trade at the base size, while Storm setups, where M15, M30 and H1 all agree, carry the most weight.

IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE FROM MARTINGALE

The multiplier depends only on signal quality. It never depends on a previous loss. The lot never grows to recover a losing trade. You can also switch the multiplier off at any time and trade every signal at the base size.

BREAKOUT + CONTINUE TOGETHER

In Combination mode, Breakout takes the first move and Continue follows the trend that develops after it. In the backtest, Continue produced 1,329 trades and Breakout 697 trades, an average of about 6.8 trades per day.

Tomorrow: the full backtest, number by number.
