Core Scalper Heiken Ashi is an Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 designed to trade XAUUSD on the M5 chart. It is based on Heiken Ashi candles—a type of candlestick that smooths out price noise, providing a clearer view of the market's direction. 🥇
🔄 A trade, from start to finish
1️⃣ The EA reads the candles. 👀
It calculates Heiken Ashi candles based on recent history and plots them on your chart, allowing you to see exactly what the robot sees.
2️⃣ It waits for confirmation. ⏳
It does not enter a trade on the very first candle. It requires a configurable number of consecutive Heiken Ashi candles of the same color (default is 3). Three consecutive bullish candles trigger a buy 📈; three consecutive bearish candles trigger a sell 📉.
3️⃣ It sets up the entry. 🎯
It places a pending order (Buy Stop or Sell Stop) near the current price. If the market does not move in the expected direction, the order is never triggered.
4️⃣ It protects the trade. 🛡️
As soon as a position is opened, a Stop Loss is applied. If the price moves in your favor, the EA activates a "break-even" function and a dynamic trailing stop that follows the price movement.
5️⃣ It closes with a profit. ✅
Once the target (in pips) is reached, the trade is automatically closed.
🎛️ Adjustable parameters
You can customize settings such as the number of consecutive candles required ⚙️, trading hours ⏰, maximum allowable spread 🚦, limits on pending orders, fixed lot size or risk as a percentage of your account balance 💵, and the colors for the chart and candles 🎨. Before placing any order, the EA checks the available margin 🔒. It does not use a Martingale strategy. 🚫
🧾 Recommended conditions
Performs best on XAUUSD, M5 timeframe, with capital between $500 and $1,000, using MetaTrader 5 and Fusion Markets as the recommended broker 🏦 (on a low-spread or Raw account). A VPS helps ensure uninterrupted operation. 🌐
