Quote Cost Parity is a MetaTrader 5 chart panel for forex majors and minors that share a quote currency. Pairs with the same quote have the same pip cost for a given lot. The indicator uses that correspondence directly: it calculates the cost once for the group, then shows that cost for three lot sizes.
It acknowledges only these quote groups.
- JPY: USDJPY, EURJPY, GBPJPY, AUDJPY, NZDJPY, CADJPY, CHFJPY. Source: USDJPY.
- CHF: USDCHF, EURCHF, GBPCHF, AUDCHF, NZDCHF, CADCHF. Source: USDCHF.
- CAD: USDCAD, EURCAD, GBPCAD, AUDCAD, NZDCAD. Source: USDCAD.
- USD: EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, NZDUSD. Source: EURUSD.
- NZD: EURNZD, GBPNZD, AUDNZD. Source: EURNZD.

A pair is included only when its quote matches the cell and it is in that list. GBPUSD belongs to the USD cell, not the GBP cell, because its quote is USD. Exotics and unlisted crosses are ignored.
Two sizing modes use the same shared value.
- Fixed lots: three lot sizes, each converted to account-currency cost.
- Risk percent: three percentages of account balance. With a stop set, the lot is sized so that distance costs that percentage. With the stop at zero, one pip or point is sized to that percentage.
The value can be shown per pip or per point. Pip mode treats 3- and 5-digit symbols as 10 points per pip. Lots are normalized to the source symbol's minimum, maximum, and step. A symbol suffix can be set, or left blank to try common suffixes. The account balance in the title refreshes with the panel. The indicator does not place or manage trades.
