RiskStack is a trade panel for MetaTrader 5 for manual traders who want the correct lot size and a clear Stop Loss and Take Profit on every trade. You choose the risk in percent, place the SL and TP by typing a price or dragging a line, and click BUY or SELL. The panel calculates the lot, sends the order and keeps managing it from the same window.
By default every click opens one order. If you trade with several entries, set the number of layers (2 to 20) and RiskStack splits the same total risk across all of them, with one SL and one TP for the whole group.
AUTOMATIC LOT SIZE
- Risk % of balance or equity: the money lost at the SL equals your setting.
- Alternative modes: lot per balance step (for example 0.01 lot for every 100 of balance) or a fixed lot.
- The lot is recalculated from the current balance on every order and rounded down to the broker lot step.
- The NEW ORDER card shows lot, risk in money and percent, reward and RR before you trade.
STOP LOSS AND TAKE PROFIT
- Type the price or drag the red SL line and the green TP line on the chart.
- Auto TP from SL: the 1 : 1.5, 1 : 2 and 1 : 3 buttons place the TP at a multiple of the SL distance. While a button is active, the TP follows the SL.
- Auto Sync: moving a line modifies all open positions and pending orders of the symbol.
- SET buttons for manual control when Auto Sync is off.
ORDER TYPES
- Market BUY and SELL with live Bid and Ask on the buttons.
- Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop and Sell Stop at the ENTRY price: type it or press PRICE and drag the blue line.
- Pending orders are checked against the market side and the stops level, with optional expiry.
- Optional multi-layer entries with spacing in points, toward the SL or toward the TP, with preview lines.
TRADE MANAGEMENT
- BREAKEVEN moves the SL of all positions to one break-even price (swap and entry commission included) plus a buffer.
- Auto breakeven and trailing stop in points, using the same break-even logic.
- Partial take profit: CLOSE X% closes the chosen percent of every position now, or automatically when price reaches the orange TP1 line.
- CLOSE ALL and DEL PEND with confirmation, for the chart symbol only.
POSITION MONITOR
- Floating P/L and live R. R starts at 0 at entry; +1R means a profit equal to the risk.
- Progress bar from SL to TP, risk at SL and reward at TP calculated from the entry price.
- Balance, equity and today's result.
- TRADE and SETTINGS tabs. The panel can be collapsed to one line that still shows P/L and R, and it remembers its position and values per chart.
QUICK START
1. Attach RiskStack to a chart and enable Algo Trading.
2. Enter your risk %. Leave layers at 1 for a single order.
3. Type or drag the SL and TP, or set the SL and click 1 : 2.
4. Check lot, risk, reward and RR in the NEW ORDER card.
5. Click BUY or SELL, or set an ENTRY price and click a Limit or Stop button.
6. Manage the trade with the lines, BREAKEVEN, CLOSE 50%, TP1 or CLOSE ALL.
INPUT PARAMETERS
- Money management: lot mode, risk %, balance step, lot per step, fixed lot, calculate from equity.
- Orders: default number of layers (1), spacing, direction, maximum layers, default SL and TP distance.
- Auto TP and partial TP: values of the RR buttons, partial percent, breakeven after TP1, TP1 line colour.
- Protection: trailing stop and step, auto breakeven, breakeven mode and buffer, break-even line, pending expiry, maximum spread.
- Execution and display: magic number, slippage, manage manual trades, Auto Sync, close confirmation, panel position, line colours.
NOTES
- RiskStack works on the symbol of its chart. It manages orders with its magic number and, if enabled, manual trades of that symbol. Other symbols are not touched.
- Works on hedging and netting accounts, for Forex, metals, indices and other CFDs. Money values use the contract specification of your broker.
- Automatic functions work while the terminal is running with the panel attached.
- The panel does not open trades by itself and does not predict the market. Every trade decision is yours.
- In the Strategy Tester MetaTrader does not pass chart clicks to Expert Advisors, so buttons and line dragging work only on a live or demo account.
