MAXIMUM ACCOUNT DRAWDOWN

Users can configure a maximum account drawdown threshold through the EA's input settings.

The protection system monitors the relevant account conditions and is designed to limit additional trading activity when its configured threshold is reached.

MAXIMUM DAILY DRAWDOWN

A separate daily drawdown threshold allows users to configure the maximum daily loss level used by the EA's protection system.

This provides an additional risk-control mechanism alongside the overall account drawdown setting.

IMPORTANT RISK CONSIDERATIONS

Drawdown protection does not guarantee that losses will remain within the configured limits.

Enter the exact name of the Gold instrument used by your broker.

EA IDENTIFIER

Specify a unique identifier to distinguish the EA's trading activity from other Expert Advisors.

RISK PROFILE

Select the desired trading risk configuration:

Conservative / Moderate / Balanced / High / Aggressive.

MAX ACCOUNT DRAWDOWN %

Configure the maximum account drawdown threshold used by the EA's protection system.

MAX DAILY DRAWDOWN %

Configure the daily drawdown threshold used by the EA's protection system.

ALLOW BROKER MINIMUM LOT

Allows the EA to use the broker's minimum permitted lot size when the calculated position size would otherwise fall below that minimum.

Enabling this option can result in the actual position risk exceeding the risk implied by the selected profile when the calculated lot size is below the broker's minimum.

11. INSTALLATION & RECOMMENDED SETUP

Gold Breakout Portfolio is designed for automated trading through MetaTrader 5.

STEP 1 — INSTALL THE EA

Purchase and install Gold Breakout Portfolio through the MQL5 Marketplace.

STEP 2 — OPEN A GOLD CHART

Open the Gold instrument provided by your broker in MetaTrader 5.
