Gold Breakout Portfolio is a fully automated MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor developed exclusively for XAUUSD (Gold).

Gold Breakout Portfolio has been evaluated using historical Gold market data across different market conditions.
The product screenshots include a five-year historical backtest illustrating the trading system's performance over the selected testing period.

These results represent a historical simulation using the specific trading parameters, risk configuration and market conditions applicable to that test.

7. ACCOUNT-LEVEL DRAWDOWN PROTECTION
Gold Breakout Portfolio includes configurable account-level risk controls designed to restrict additional trading activity when predefined risk thresholds are reached.
These controls operate alongside the individual strategies' internal trade-management rules.
MAXIMUM ACCOUNT DRAWDOWN
Users can configure a maximum account drawdown threshold through the EA's input settings.
The protection system monitors the relevant account conditions and is designed to limit additional trading activity when its configured threshold is reached.
MAXIMUM DAILY DRAWDOWN
A separate daily drawdown threshold allows users to configure the maximum daily loss level used by the EA's protection system.
This provides an additional risk-control mechanism alongside the overall account drawdown setting.
IMPORTANT RISK CONSIDERATIONS
Drawdown protection does not guarantee that losses will remain within the configured limits.
Rapid market movements, price gaps, slippage, execution delays and other trading conditions can result in losses exceeding the selected thresholds.

Freeze-Level Restrictions
Accounts for broker-imposed restrictions on modifying orders within specified price distances.
Tick Size
Checks relevant price specifications when preparing trading orders.
Order Volume Limits
Checks broker minimum and maximum order-volume requirements, including applicable directional volume restrictions.
Available Margin
Checks available margin before submitting applicable trading requests.
When an order cannot be placed correctly under the broker's current conditions, the EA can skip the request rather than repeatedly submitting an invalid order.

Enter the exact name of the Gold instrument used by your broker.
EA IDENTIFIER
Specify a unique identifier to distinguish the EA's trading activity from other Expert Advisors.
RISK PROFILE
Select the desired trading risk configuration:
Conservative / Moderate / Balanced / High / Aggressive.
MAX ACCOUNT DRAWDOWN %
Configure the maximum account drawdown threshold used by the EA's protection system.
MAX DAILY DRAWDOWN %
Configure the daily drawdown threshold used by the EA's protection system.
ALLOW BROKER MINIMUM LOT
Allows the EA to use the broker's minimum permitted lot size when the calculated position size would otherwise fall below that minimum.
Enabling this option can result in the actual position risk exceeding the risk implied by the selected profile when the calculated lot size is below the broker's minimum.
11. INSTALLATION & RECOMMENDED SETUP
Gold Breakout Portfolio is designed for automated trading through MetaTrader 5.
STEP 1 — INSTALL THE EA
Purchase and install Gold Breakout Portfolio through the MQL5 Marketplace.
STEP 2 — OPEN A GOLD CHART
Open the Gold instrument provided by your broker in MetaTrader 5.
STEP 3 — ATTACH THE EA
Attach Gold Breakout Portfolio to the Gold chart.
STEP 4 — CONFIGURE YOUR SETTINGS
Review and configure the following inputs:
