Controlled BTC is an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 designed to trade BTCUSD (recommended timeframe: Daily). The strategy combines three classic technical analysis elements:
- RSI (14) to identify overbought/oversold zones;
- Adaptive SAR applied to the RSI value, with configurable dynamic acceleration, to detect momentum shifts;
- Donchian channel (240/14) as a confirmation filter on moves beyond the period's highs/lows.
The logic is contrarian/breakout: when the RSI reaches its extremes and momentum changes, the EA checks whether the price has broken above (or fallen below) the Donchian channel and, if confirmed, opens the position in the direction of the prevailing move. The system supports controlled pyramiding (up to 3 entries) with Martingale sizing, a maximum lot cap, a percentage Stop Loss on the weighted average price and a Take Profit with adjustable buffer.
The EA includes built-in safety controls: margin check before every order, volume normalization based on the symbol's minimum/maximum lots, 30-point deviation, magic number to isolate its own positions, and optional alerts on open/close.
One trade per day, up to three entries per direction, with risk capped by the maximum lot.
