Apex Terminal is a trade panel for MetaTrader 5 that sizes every position from your risk and manages it from entry to exit.
Set how much you accept to lose and where the stop-loss goes. Before you click, the panel shows the lot, the loss at the stop and the profit at the full target. One click opens the trade with the stop-loss and the whole take-profit ladder already in place.
TRADE
- Position size from % of balance or equity, a fixed amount of money or a fixed lot. The lot is rounded down to the broker step and is never raised above your risk.
- Stop-loss in points, price or ATR multiple.
- Market buttons, chart Sizer and optional hotkeys (Shift+B/S, Z/X, E, C, T, Q twice).
CHART SIZER
Draw the trade on the chart: drag the entry, the stop and up to five targets while lot, risk, R:R and profit per level update live. Click the entry tag to switch between market and pending order (limit or stop is chosen automatically), flip the direction, confirm with one click. Click an open position or order line to edit it live.
TAKE-PROFIT PLAN
Up to 5 levels in R, points or price. Each level closes a % of the remaining position as TP, BE (stop to entry) or TP+ (stop to the previous target). Built-in plans Scalping, Day trading and Swing use an ATR-based stop; your Custom plan is saved for all charts.
SMART GRID AND SMART PYRAMID
Smart Grid enters with a zone: extra limit orders down to a zone end, one shared stop and ladder, all lots taken from the same risk budget. It can also be added to an open position. Smart Pyramid adds smaller positions only when the trade is 1R further in profit on a candle close and moves the shared stop to the basket break-even. Both need a hedging account.
MANAGE
Close by % (winners, losers, buys or sells), stops to break-even, delete pending orders, trailing stop per position or per basket, and a two-click Close All.
ACCOUNT GUARD
Daily drawdown, maximum drawdown (from start balance or equity peak), profit target, open risk and trades per day. On a breach the panel closes positions and blocks new entries until the next server day. Prop-firm presets fill the limits; check them against your firm's rules. Time rules: pending order expiry, Friday close, entries only in chosen sessions.
MARKET CONTEXT
ADX, RSI, MACD and ATR summary, active session, swap, candle-close countdown pinned to the price, and the MT5 economic calendar with an entry block and optional break-even before high-impact news.
SAFETY CHECKS
Every order is checked before it is sent: missing stop, minimum and maximum lot, free margin, spread limit, closed market, connection, daily loss limit and correct SL/TP side. Optional virtual SL/TP with a backup broker stop. Trades opened manually or from the mobile app can be adopted and managed.
DETAILS
- Any symbol and timeframe: forex, metals, indices, crypto, CFDs.
- Dark, light or automatic theme; results in $, pips, points, % or R; push notifications for chosen events; compact quick-trade bar.
- No DLL or WebRequest. Settings and trade tracking survive a restart. Windows and macOS. One instance per symbol.
