Quick start (recommended)

  1. Install Commodities EA from the MT5 Market
  2. Open an M15 (or higher) chart on a commodity symbol (for example: Crude Oil)
  3. Attach the EA and enable AutoTrading
  4. Use default settings initially
  5. Adjust only RiskPercentPerTrade and symbol list if needed

Single-chart operation: the EA manages all configured symbols internally.

Key inputs (safe to adjust)

  • SymbolsCsv: list of symbols to manage
  • RiskPercentPerTrade: percentage risk per trade (default: 0.5%)
  • MaxOpenPortfolio: maximum total open positions
  • MaxOpenPerSymbol: maximum open positions per symbol
  • MaxLots: maximum allowable lot size per trade

All other inputs ship with conservative defaults.

  • Recommended minimum: approximately USD 1,000 (or equivalent)
  • Position size scales automatically with account equity
