MT5 Trade Alerts to Telegram is an account-wide monitoring and notification utility for MetaTrader 5. It detects trade events on the trading account and publishes clear, customizable Telegram alerts without opening, modifying or managing trades.
Use it for manual trading, Expert Advisors, signal channels, account monitoring or simply to keep a real-time record of trade activity on your phone.
Main Features

Customizable Templates
The EA includes configurable templates for trade opens, updates, partial closes, full closes, pending-order events and reports. Available variables include symbol, direction, entry, exit, SL, TP, lot size, profit, profit percentage, magic number, comment, time, date, tickets, account balance, equity, account currency, close reason, signal ID and additional event-specific values.
Filters and Privacy
Choose exactly which activity should be published. You can monitor all trades, manual trades only, EA trades only, a specific magic number, include/exclude magic-number lists, all symbols, the current chart symbol or include/exclude symbol lists.
Privacy settings are applied before template rendering, so disabled fields are removed from outgoing messages.
Screenshots
Optional chart screenshots can be sent on trade open, close, partial close and SL/TP updates. Screenshot capture and Telegram upload are processed outside the trade-transaction handler so event detection remains lightweight.
Daily and Weekly Reports
Performance reports can be scheduled automatically or sent manually from the dashboard. Depending on the selected privacy settings, reports can include trade count, wins, losses, break-even trades, win rate, gross profit, gross loss, commission, swap, net P/L, profit factor, start balance, current balance, current equity, best/worst trade and weekly best/worst symbol.
Non-trading account adjustments such as dividends can be separated from trading P/L where the broker exposes the corresponding account-history information.
Persistent State
The EA stores its runtime state locally for the trading account. After a restart, already tracked positions are restored without publishing the same trade-open alert again. Signal IDs continue from the previous session and later SL/TP updates or close events remain linked to the same logical trade.

The MQL5 Market demo can be evaluated in the MT5 Strategy Tester. Because MT5 does not provide live WebRequest delivery from the Strategy Tester, the EA automatically switches to a built-in Strategy Tester Preview.
- No Telegram bot token or Chat ID is required for the preview.
- No real Telegram message is sent from the Strategy Tester.
- The preview uses the same message templates, privacy settings, filters and report renderer as the live product.
- A sample sequence demonstrates trade open, SL update, TP update, partial close, pending order, pending trigger, screenshot preview and trade close.
- Daily and weekly report previews are also available.
- The dashboard clearly shows PREVIEW / TESTER so simulated output cannot be confused with live Telegram delivery.
For real account-wide monitoring and actual Telegram delivery, run the purchased product on a normal MT5 chart and configure your Telegram bot and Chat ID.
Quick Setup
- Create a Telegram bot with BotFather.
- Start a chat with the bot and obtain the destination Chat ID.
- In MT5 open Tools > Options > Expert Advisors.
- Add https://api.telegram.org to the list of allowed WebRequest URLs.
- Attach MT5 Trade Alerts to Telegram to one chart.
- Enter the bot token and one or more Telegram Chat IDs.
- Use the dashboard TEST MESSAGE button to verify the setup.

This product is a monitoring and notification utility only. It does not generate trading signals, does not open trades, does not copy trades and does not manage positions.
Telegram delivery requires an internet connection, a valid Telegram bot, valid destination permissions and the Telegram API URL to be allowed in MetaTrader 5 WebRequest settings.
