Multi Strategy Drawdown Monitor EA MT5

Multi-Strategy Drawdown Monitor is a tool for monitoring and controlling multiple trading strategies on a single MT5 account.

It does not trade.
It analyzes your existing EAs using Magic Numbers and gives you full control over drawdown, performance, and reporting.

3 Main Actions

1. Drawdown Alert System (Automatic)

·        Continuously monitors each strategy

·        Calculates real drawdown (peak-to-valley)

·        When a strategy exceeds its Max Drawdown (account currency):

o   An alert is triggered

o   A full email report is automatically sent

o   The triggered strategy is clearly highlighted

2. Manual Report (On-Demand)

·        Generate a full email report anytime using the on-chart button

·        Instant snapshot of all strategies’ performance

3. Monthly & Cumulative Reports (Automatic)

·        Sent automatically at the start of each new month

·        Includes:

o   Monthly Report → previous month performance only

o   Cumulative Report → performance from each strategy start date up to the end of the previous month

Email Reports (Always Included)

All reports, automatic or manual, are sent in both formats:

·        Text (CSV-style) → for Excel or data processing

·        HTML (formatted table) → for easy reading

How to Use

1. Set the Check Interval

·        CheckIntervalSeconds → defines how often the EA checks drawdown and performance

·        Minimum: 60 seconds

·        Recommended: 300–3600 seconds or higher, depending on trading activity and account load

2. Configure Your Strategies
For each strategy slot (S01 → S50), set:

·        Name → any label (e.g. “Scalper EURUSD”)

·        Magic Number → must match your EA

·        Start Date (optional) → format: YYYY.MM.DD

o   If empty → all history is used

·        Max Drawdown (account currency)

o   If 0 → monitoring disabled

⚠️ A strategy is active only if Name AND Magic Number are set

3. Attach EA to Chart

·        Works on any chart / timeframe

·        Make sure:

o   AutoTrading is enabled

o   Email settings in MT5 are configured

Reports Overview

The EA generates three types of reports:

·        Drawdown Alert Report → triggered when DD is exceeded

·        Manual Report → generated via button

·        Monthly & Cumulative Reports → sent automatically each month

At the start of each new month, the EA sends:

·        Monthly Report (Text + HTML)

·        Cumulative Report (Text + HTML)

Report Color Legend

·        Green → Profitable strategy

·        Red → Losing strategy

·        Yellow → Strategy that exceeded drawdown threshold

·        White → No trades have been triggered yet
