basically the dashboard will display each timeframe if there is a signal for that timeframe. it will open chart if there is a signal. user will be able to set: monitor timeframe, open chart of timeframe for monitor, it will only do the calculation and show the signal for open chart, it will open the chart if there is a signal the format is similar to all the dashboard that we did
