Orders for indicators development - Python - outdated

I am looking for someone who has knowledge of MQL5 and API (Application Program Interface) to create an automated trading bot based on MetaTrader but the goal is to trade on the binary site Markets world (www.marketsworld.com). I would like for the trading bot to follow the direction of a certain indicator (fractals) combined with a custom martingale strategy (numbers that I came up with)
