Orders for indicators development - C# - outdated

The indicator or EA will show the M pattern with 2 logics on the chart depending on the formation of this M pattern, developer can tell if it can be made into an EA which is my choice "since i don't know coding and if it is possible or not" but if it can't then i can accept an indicator This indicator depends on bollinger bands only to define the pattern and maybe the zigzag if the developer thinks it will help

1) I have an ea which works on eurchf,eurgbp,gbpchf. 2)The ea keeps opening same order multiple times infinitely. This problem has to be rectified. 3)After rectification of problem the ea should be profitable in the backtest as original ea attached., on above currencies mentioned! 4)Modified source code should not alter the ea's main logic in anyway ,and should only prevent it from opening same order infinite times
