Izaiah Company #: Can someone please fix the MT4 App on iOS? It keeps freezing in the middle of our trades, this is the fourth time this has happened

I have the MT4 and MT5 app on my iPhone 11 and I don't have any such problem. Could something else be causing your issue, maybe a broker or network problem?

On mine I have used it both over WiFi connection as well as over 4G data connection, without any issues.

EDIT: I also have it on my old iPad (3rd gen) via WiFi, and although it is slower, it still works without any other issues.

You have 3 distinctive messages there, you are trying to open a 0.001 trade which gives an invalid volume error, which is absolutely expected, most brokers have a 0.01 minimum lot size.

Also there is a message that trading is not enabled in your account in general, contact your broker about this.

 

Hi im trying to load my indicator indicator "<Deleted>.ex4" which is a free indicators...

but i get a message cannot load...

Try to delete it and install it again, if its still available for download.

Otherwise it probably needs updating and only the author can help there.

  1. Nothing attached or inserted.
  2. Period Separators: control+y
  3. You see double only on those brokers not using timezone NY+7 (one or two hour Sunday bar).
 
I would like to have the money that I funded back please.
