When testing, you must make sure that the symbols are in the "Market Watch" window.

I included the code that that you suggested and it is still doing the same. Even before that all the relevant symbols were visible in the Market Watch window.

Just tried another broker with same results.

2. Update the terminal to 3092.

3. Conduct a test on the 'MetaQuotes-Demo' server

4. Run an experiment - run the script (SCRIPT, NOT AN ADVISOR) - -[data folder]\MQL5\Scripts\Examples\SymbolInfo\SymbolInfoSample.m5

It works OK as a script as well as an EA. It is when I run it in the Strategy Tester that I get wrong Tick Values.

Just ran on updated 3092 terminal. No change!

I will also check on MetaQuotes Demo Server. Looks like it's no longer available?

Not sure where to go from here. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

There is no any refund options in MQL5 VPS (check rules here).
But there is the other possibility, for example:

If you cancel a paid subscription, the remaining time is returned to your MQL5.com account in the form of "free" minutes. Which later can be spent on a new subscription "for minutes."
