How to Subscribe to a MT4 Signal (new instructions, after 1065 version upgrade) - page 6

pinnjstiv:

Hi,

I am subscribing to a signal and want to test two different VPS-providers to see which has the best latency. Can I have mulitple MT4 accounts signed in to the same mql5 account and copy the signal on several MT4-terminals only paying one subscription fee?

One VPS per account sorry.

Program to check latency between VPS and broker's server

Fernando Carreiro, 2017.10.24 12:06

Just left-click on the Connection Status icon in the bottom right of MetaTrader and you will see a pop-up context menu showing you the latency values of various Servers available for your Broker. Then you can select the fastest one to your liking. You can also re-scan as values may fluctuate.

Thanks for your reply Sergey.

I understand that I need one VPS per account if using mql VPS. What I tried to ask is if I need to pay several signal subscrition fees for copying the same signal on several mt4 accounts (with several mt4 terminals signed in to different mt4 accounts, but on the same mql5 user account).

Hi,

I am new to copying signal here in mql5 but I have been copying some providers through external companies. I would like to migrate here but I have a question.

In the other companies' signals there are few parameters that are very interesting to set for copying signal:

1- multiplier (which express how aggressively I copy the signal. multiplier of 0.5 means I copy his signal with half of his size given all other parameters being the same, multiplier of 2 means I double the risk of the signal)

2- some limitation on lots (like max number of lots at any given time)

My question here is: is there a way to replicate those constrains/option in mql?

Thanks for your reply

Enrico

There is some similar to limitation on lots ... but there are a lot of particularities so it may be good for you to read Signal FAQ and some more -

1. In MQL5 you can only lower the participation percentage, decreasing your risk (MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Signals).

2. You can't limit your lot size, you can only lower the participation percentage (as above), reducing the copying ratio.

the sign that I paid does not appear in my mql5 account.

Just wait ... and be sure that you paid (because as far as I know - the money is coming to mql5 account in different way depends on the many situations for example).

And check the procedure once again (just in case you missed something) -
