Hi i subscribed to a signal following all instructions. but my mt4 doesn't copy any trades and in provider page this message is showing:" Enable copy trading in the MetaTrader platform to see full signal data."

Look at Metatrader journal/logs and in MQL5 VPS journal/logs in case you are using MQL5 VPS.
because if some trade is not copied so it should be writtn there about it (and you can understand about why it was not copied, for example - for mapping).
weird thing is in journal page it doesn't show provider and my balance.
Follow the instructions very carefully, not in a few seconds, check every step.
Don't confuse your local terminal journal with your MQL5 VPS journal.
No one knows what you did and how to install subscription to your Metatrader and how you synchronized everything (you know it only).

i attached my journal logs on first message.yes i'm using mql5 vps.
i unsub and sub again and did everything from beginning but didn't work

thanks guys. i don't know what happen but suddenly my terminal began to copying trades.
Your broker/server eventually connected to signal server.
