Version 2.0 of RiskDeck adds one line to the panel: before you send a trade, it shows how your own similar trades went. It also fixes two things.
1. Similar trades
When you click to place a trade, a line under CONFIRM shows how your own similar trades went, for example:
Similar trades: 12 · win rate 42% · avg -0.2R
- Similar trades are your closed positions on this account, on the same symbol and in the same direction, from the last 365 days (up to the 100 most recent).
- Results count commission and swap. Average R is shown when at least 5 of those trades had a stop. 1R is the amount you risked on the trade.
- With fewer than 5 similar trades, the line says "Fewer than 5 similar trades so far." If the history isn't loaded yet, it says "Similar trades: not available yet".
- The numbers come from your account history in the terminal. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- The line is information only. It never blocks a trade and never changes your plan. What you do with the numbers is your call.
- It is on by default. To turn it off: Settings, Second Brain page, Similar trades (last row).
2. Fixes
- The stop distance is now measured from the same entry price the lot size is calculated from.
- Close all on breach now waits for the terminal's position list before it closes anything.
3. Known issues
- Average R uses today's tick value of the symbol, so for older trades in a currency other than your account's it can differ slightly from the value at the time.
- In the Strategy Tester the account history is empty, so the line always says "Fewer than 5 similar trades so far."
4. How to update
If you bought or rented RiskDeck, open the Market tab of the Toolbox in MetaTrader 5, then Purchased, and update RiskDeck there.
5. Questions
Ask in the comments under this post or send me a private message on MQL5. If something doesn't work as described, save the Diagnostics report (the last row in Settings) and send the file in a private message.
